Refund Policy

When refunds are issued and how they are processed.

 

1. When We Issue Refunds

We will issue a refund in the following circumstances, subject to the conditions below:

  • Your order is confirmed damaged in transit (reported within 48 hours of delivery – see our Returns Policy);
  • We are unable to fulfil your order due to stock or supply issues;
  • An incorrect item was sent and cannot be replaced promptly;
  • The carrier formally confirms a lost shipment following an investigation.

2. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method – UK bank transfer or open-banking payment – within 7 business days of approval. We will notify you by email once a refund has been issued.

3. Partial Refunds

Where only part of an order is affected (for example, one vial damaged in an otherwise intact multi-item order), we may issue a partial refund or replacement of the affected items only.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Products that have been reconstituted, opened, or had their seal broken;
  • Orders refused on delivery without prior notice;
  • Change-of-mind cancellations after dispatch;
  • Original shipping fees where the goods themselves are not at fault.

5. Disputed Payments & Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at sales@blackandwhitepeptide.co.uk before initiating a chargeback. We will investigate promptly and resolve legitimate issues directly.

6. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of England & Wales.
